Jennifer - Yoga Instructor

200 HR RYT & Sound Healing Practitioner

Hi, my name is Jennifer James Louks, and I’ve been dedicated to the healing arts since 1992, when I became a certified massage therapist. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of studying and practicing a wide range of healing modalities, including Reiki, Ho’oponopono, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), herbalism, aromatherapy, meditation, sound healing, yoga, ecstatic dance, and many styles of bodywork.

I’m a lifelong learner with a deep passion for holistic wellness, and I believe that healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Every experience and every modality I’ve explored has taught me something new about the body, the mind, and the importance of creating space for true rest and relaxation.

After retiring from massage therapy in 2022, I found a natural next step in teaching yoga. For me, yoga is more than movement or flexibility. It is an opportunity to bring together everything I’ve learned throughout my years in the healing arts and share it in a way that helps others reconnect with themselves.

My approach to yoga incorporates my passion for relaxation and nervous-system awareness through somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga, and Yoga Nidra. I love creating classes where students can slow down, listen to their bodies, release tension, and discover their own natural rhythm.

I'm so excited to be a part of Yoga Relaxation Remedies. I can't wait to see you in class.

Megan - Yoga Instructor

Certified Yoga Instructor

Hello! I'm Megan, and I am living out my dream of being a stay at home mom. My life revolves around schedules and an endless to do list, but I'm loving every minute of it! I love being outside, whether it's taking a walk, foraging, or simply sitting on the porch with a good book and some much needed coffee.

I love yoga because I can pause and simply be. No expectations of "perfection", no worries or distractions. Yoga allows me to have a safe and comfortable place for me to fully close my eyes, let go, and relax. It has taught me how important self care is and how much even an hour a week can heal me.

I chose to teach yoga because i full heartedly believe in the practice and benefits. I want to create a practice that makes yoga approachable and welcoming for everyone. We all carry so much on our plates and it is so important to find balance and peace within our lives. Yoga isn't about being perfect, it's about how you feel, and I want everyone who comes to the mat to leave feeling better than when they walked in.

Stacey - Restorative Instructor

Certified Restorative Yoga Instructor

Hi, I’m Stacey! I’m a mama to six amazing kids, two bonus kids, and Nay Nay to three amazing and slightly feral grandboys who keep life interesting. I’m an animal lover at heart, especially drawn to horses, happiest surrounded by nature, and always up for a little adventure. Whether that’s hitting the trails in my Jeep, going for a motorcycle ride, or simply walking out this journey of life with my best friend and fiancé, Chris.

I fell in love with yoga because it gives me permission to slow down and simply be. Restorative yoga especially stole my heart! The deep breaths, the stillness, the bolsters and blankets, and that wonderful moment when you finally feel your shoulders drop. It reminds me that I don’t always have to be doing something to be taking care of myself.

I decided to become a yoga instructor because I wanted to share that feeling with other people. I want my classes to feel comfortable, welcoming, and completely judgment free! You don’t have to be flexible, know the poses, or have your life together. Just come as you are, and we’ll slow down, breathe, rest, and give your body and mind some much needed space. I'm so excited for YOU to experience the beautiful benefits of practicing yoga and hope to see you soon!
