Cancellation Policy
Yoga Relaxation Remedies Purchase & Studio Policy Disclosure By purchasing classes, memberships, or packages, you agree to the following terms: 1. Automatic Renewal Monthly memberships will automatically renew each month using the payment method on file unless canceled prior to the next billing date. 2. Cancellation Policy Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of class or applicable fee. 3. Class Package Expiration All class packages must be used within the specified timeframe and cannot be extended unless otherwise stated. 4. Non-Transferable Purchases All classes, memberships, and packages are non-transferable and may not be shared. 5. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to class. For safety and to avoid disruption, late entry may not be permitted. 6. Schedule & Instructor Changes Class schedules, formats, and instructors are subject to change without prior notice. 7. Studio Etiquette Clients are expected to maintain a respectful and clean environment. Phones must be silenced, and all equipment should be cleaned after use. 8. Health & Liability Acknowledgment By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to engage in yoga activities. You agree to take full responsibility for your health and well-being and will inform the instructor of any injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions. Participation is at your own risk. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
